Stockholm University holds approximately 190 full study programmes each year, including 3 English taught bachelor programmes. Stockholm University is famous for its openness and innovation, and enjoys high reputation in science and humanities.

Stockholm University is located in one of the most dynamic cities, the capital of Sweden, Stockholm, where Nobel Prize is presented. Many researchers at the university are part of the committees that elect the laureates. International students in Stockholm have the opportunity to attend the Students’ Nobel NightCap that takes place after the Nobel Banquet in the Stockholm City Hall in celebration of the Nobel Laureates.

Master programmes

In master level, more than 70 000 students are currently studying in Stockholm University and it offers 75 master’s programmes taught in English within science, the humanities, social sciences and law.
