芬兰图尔库大学（芬兰语 Turun yliopisto，瑞典语 Åbo universitet）成立于1920年，1974年大学改为公立。是芬兰著名的综合性多学科大学之一，现任芬兰总统即毕业于该校，基本授课语言为芬兰语。按照其正式注册学生的数量来说，图尔库大学是芬兰规模第三的大学。图尔库大学是科英布拉集团成员高校（Coimbra Group）。科英布拉集团（The Coimbra Group，简称 CG）成立于1985年，是由38个欧洲大学构成的大学网络，其中不乏许多欧洲最古老及最富声望的大学。科英布拉集团得名于葡萄牙的科英布拉大学，是欧洲最古老的大学之一。

图尔库大学现有学生18000人，其中博士和副博士学研究员5000人。最大的学院是人文学院和数学与自然科学学院。图尔库大学成立后，注重国际合作与学生交换。不仅其科研项目与国外合作由来已久，图尔库大学还与其它大学签定了教学合作协议，如与在图尔库市的奥布瑞典语大学和土尔库财经学院联合提供国际硕士课程。2016年本科阶段，图尔库大学没有英语授课项目。

图尔库大学拥有强大的科研能力，并以此为基础开展了多项跨领域研究，最著名的就是分子生物学研究，其他优势专业包括心血管和新陈代谢研究，生态学，教育教学研究，未来学，和制度设计与社会机制研究。2016年，图尔库大学开设了17个国际英文授课硕士课程。
